Tammy Williams is an entrepreneur and a community champion who is committed to and improving the well-being and health of adults and children. She believes that by working together “Everything Is Possible”. A Top Producing Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of sales experience and organizational leadership experience, she is committed to helping others. 

Tammy is an award-winning top producer, an accomplished leadership facilitator and popular speaker at companies, colleges, high schools, and other groups. She speaks on a variety of topics related to real estate, communications, team building and development, networking, interviewing, and making the most of your current situation.

In 2013, she was selected as the NJ Realtors, “Realtor of the Year”. While her entrepreneurial success and proven sales ability is a financial reward, her most exciting moments have been achieved while inspiring and motivating others to succeed. Tammy is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, the Pearls of Wisdom Foundation, Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, the National Association of Parliamentarians, and several Real Estate organizations.

In addition, Tammy was elected as the 1st Black Councilwoman in West Orange NJ in 2020 and proudly serves on a historic 5 member Town Council with 4 other women. 

Tammy received her MBA in Public Administration in 2020 and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - BS Administration of Criminal Justice. She is happily married to John McNair and they have 3 children.
